[HINTS] Crush at #KCON16NY
Hey KCON-ers! Get up off your SOFAs because Crush will be returning to KCON this year but this time at #KCON16NY! It’ll be an OASIS on stage so JUST get ready because Crush has been preparing to make sure that WHATEVER YOU DO, this will be a KCON you DON’T FORGET!
Every week the KCON team challenges fans with deciphering hints about the new artists joining KCON via our Snapchat (@KCONUSA). This week, we came up with some fun clues to reveal our latest KCON New York addition: Crush. Check out the Snapchat clues and explanations we used for this week below:
HINT: The Sound of Paradise
Were you feeling the cool and relaxing sounds of the waves and nature? We used this clue to elude to one of Crush’s hit singles featuring Block B member ZICO (#KCON16LA performer) called OASIS.

HINT: Post-it Notes
Have a hard time remembering things? We showed you a lot of reminder post-it notes because of Crush’s song featuring Girls’ Generation and TTS member Taeyeon titled 잊어버리지마 (DON’T FORGET).

HINT: Powerpuff Girls Villains
Powerpuff Girl fans may have been able to name all the villains pictured, and one particular group should have stood out as a clue: The Amoeba Boys. We showed you the Amoeba Boys because Crush is a part of the label Amoeba Culture.
With sweet songs like “Hug Me” and “Crush on You”, there’s no way Crush could be a villain
HINT: Friends on Couch
We showed you the opening to the show FRIENDS because Crush released a single in 2014 titled SOFA (소파) and in the scene, all the friends gather on the couch!
FUN FACT: There isn’t much of a difference between a couch and a sofa (the words are interchangeable), though some argue that sofa implies a more fancy seat while a couch is more casual
HINT: “Work” by Rihanna
We used this catchy tune by Rihanna (feat. Drake) because one of the two latest singles released by Crush is called “9 to 5” which is the typical schedule for full-time jobs.
