KCON USA

RULES AND POLICIES

WELCOME TO KCON! As the organizers of KCON, we at CJ ENM USA, Inc. and our affiliates (together, “we,” “us,” “our,” or “CJ”) are committed to provide a safe, inclusive, welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone.  This KCON Participant Code of Conduct (the “Code”) and other related rules and policies (collectively, “Rules and Policies”) outline our expectations for you and all other KCON participants (“KCONers”) to observe and follow while attending any part of  KCON, including the FESTIVAL GROUND (the “Convention”) and the M COUNTDOWN show (the “Concert”), MEET & GREETS (“M&G”), and other events hosted by us (collectively, “KCON”), in order to ensure a truly unforgettable KCON experience.

CJ reserves the right to modify and/or update the Code and the Rules and Policies at any time. We encourage you to please check back frequently for updates.

The KCON Participant Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct (the “Code”) applies to your conduct while you are attending a KCON event, whether participating on-site or off-site, such as, without limitation, your participation on any KCON social media platforms.  Along with this Code, KCONers should use common sense rules for their behavior in public, including being courteous, cooperative, and considerate to others and property. As a KCONer, you are expected to follow all rules and instructions by CJ, KCON staff/representatives, venue staff, and/or security personnel.

We want to ensure that all KCONers understand what behavior is expected and what behaviors will not be tolerated at KCON.  All determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behavior are in sole discretion of the CJ and/or KCON staff/representative, and such decision(s) on-site will be final.

Safety & Security/Reporting Procedure

Take care of yourself and your personal belongings while you are at KCON. If you see anyone violating the Code and/or the Rules and Policies, or feel you or someone else’s safety is at risk in any way, please report it to a KCON staff/representative or security personnel. All reports and concerns raised will be treated seriously, and we will promptly follow-up and/or investigate reported incidents. As appropriate to the incident, we may direct you to other resources or authorities for resolution.

Ticket & Refund Policy

All ticket sales regarding KCON are final. Please be careful at checkout to ensure that you are purchasing the tickets you intend to buy.

The MEET & GREET type you can access is determined SOLELY by the QR code, which you have on AXS mobile app.

Third Party Sales

There may be individuals, third party websites, and social media pages (i.e., Facebook) that offer the sale or trade of certain tickets, PLEASE BE WARY OF SCAMMERS AND COUNTERFEIT TICKETS! We highly discourage the purchase of tickets from any third party. General KCON staff, venue staff, and security personnel will not be able to confirm authenticity.

Helpful Tips

  • Be careful if the price is too good to be true. It probably is!
  • Be careful if the price is too high! Those tickets are likely high in demand and scammers know this!
  • Try to bring the seller with you to find a KCON staff member (not venue staff or security personnel) at the KCON LA 2024 event area to confirm validity and authenticity. If they are unwilling to go with you, there’s likely a problem.  Please report that person immediately!
  • Protect yourself by taking a selfie with the seller, recording the seller’s name and phone number, check and take a photograph of their ID (e.g., driver’s license, identification card, passport), and check to see if they have a packet of legitimate tickets like any other KCONer would have. This information may be useful if you have to report them to the proper authorities.

If you are found to be in possession of a counterfeit ticket, the ticket will be confiscated, and you will not be allowed to enter the M COUNTDOWN and/or FESTIVAL GROUND without exception. CJ cannot be liable for the actions of a third party.

CJ would hate for any KCONers to be defrauded or scammed, so be very careful and use your best judgment.

For KCON Participants with Disabilities

While the venues that we contract with have sole responsibility for providing appropriate accessibility and other accommodations in their facilities, CJ is committed to providing reasonable accommodations in KCON programming areas for KCONers, volunteers, and staff with special needs or disabilities that are protected by federal, state, and local public accommodation and accessibility laws.

KCON welcomes everyone of all abilities and strives to provide a stellar experience for everyone. If there are any issues while on-site, please contact a KCON staff/representative (who will have special KCON staff badges) on the floor of the venue or at Guest Services.

Please be advised that certain designated areas (e.g., MEET & GREET, Panels) fill up quickly and all seating is first come, first served, so special seating may not be available if you arrive late.
All KCONers must have the appropriate tickets to enter certain controlled access programming.

Youth/Minor Protection Policy
